July 27–31, 2026

v0.1.62–v0.1.66

New

  • See who owes the next move. Every loan in your pipeline now shows a “Ball in Court” indicator, so you can tell at a glance who the deal is waiting on — you, your borrower, or a partner — and why.
  • A full-page AI assistant. The AI assistant now expands from a docked side panel into a full-page workspace and remembers your past conversations, so you can pick up right where you left off.
  • AI help for support staff. LO assistants and loan processors can now use the AI assistant on behalf of the loan officers they support.
  • Social links on your business cards. Add your social media profiles to your account and display them on your digital business cards.

Improved

  • A more capable Closing Calendar. Pick closing dates with a single click, see blocked days at a glance, and apply lender-specific business-day rules and borrower waiting-period waivers.
  • Recoverable pre-approvals. Removing a pre-approval now moves it to a recoverable “Stale” list instead of deleting it for good.
  • Filter your lead pipeline by loan officer. Narrow the all-borrowers view down to any individual loan officer on your team.
  • Faster, more consistent image uploads. Photos and images are now automatically optimized when you upload them.
  • A clearer referral-partner picker. Browse your partners when assigning one, and see at a glance when a partner is already linked to a loan.

Fixed

  • Pre-approvals now appear reliably across your pipeline with the correct expiration dates, and your edits to them are saved instead of being lost.
  • On team accounts, your saved letterhead is protected so a teammate can’t accidentally overwrite it.
  • Contacts from a bulk-imported client list now flow straight into your CRM.

July 21–26, 2026

v0.1.50–v0.1.61

New

  • Recruit agents into LoNav. Invite real-estate agents with personalized demo links, track their interest, and see new referrals and recruits arrive right in your notifications.
  • Tag and organize your book. Customizable tags — including AI-suggested ones — follow each borrower from first lead all the way to closing.
  • Automatic lead capture. Bring in new leads from your lead sources automatically with guided setup and built-in AI help, and spot brand-new leads at a glance so you can respond faster.
  • Stay compliant on outreach. Automated campaigns now automatically skip anyone on your Do-Not-Contact list.
  • End-to-end appraisal tracking. Follow the full appraisal process in your pipeline, from receipt and reconsideration-of-value requests through conditions and the borrower notices required by law.
  • A new Closing Calendar. Track required disclosure timing and key closing dates so deadlines never slip.

Improved

  • A sharper morning routine. Your morning briefing is now the AI Daily Briefing and correctly credits each loan officer when you view a team.
  • Smarter Pulse alerts. Pulse alerts now accept your own instructions, can be snoozed, and link straight to the exact field that needs your attention.
  • Easier contact editing. Capture date of birth, edit more fields in place, and never lose a change to a silent save error.
  • More flexible home-shopping tools. A batch of HomePass improvements for borrowers, including editable wizard steps, an inline rate editor, borrower cash-to-close figures, and more ways to share.
  • Default pre-approval letters. Choose which pre-approval letters are your defaults and see clearer status on the letterheads you’ve uploaded.
  • Add a partner on the spot. Type an agent’s name we don’t recognize and the pipeline offers to add them as a referral partner right there.
  • Pipeline polish. A set of usability improvements across the Production Pipeline based on real loan-officer feedback.

Fixed

  • Your funded loans are visible again, filterable by year, with an owner-wide view of your whole team’s closed book.
  • A typed interest rate no longer silently fails to save in loan dialogs.
  • You now see a clear error message when a save or update doesn’t go through, instead of it failing silently.
  • To meet privacy and referral regulations, loan comparisons are no longer shown in the realtor portal.

July 19–20, 2026

v0.1.34–v0.1.49

New

  • Compliant documents, automatically. Every consumer-facing document now includes the required licensing and compliance disclosures on each page.
  • Richer appraisal tracking. Track appraisal status — including On Hold and Appraisal Waiver — and add your own custom fields to any loan.
  • Stay in touch after closing. A new Engagement Hub in the borrower and realtor portals helps you keep up with past clients, and you can switch it on or off.

Improved

  • Team access that follows job titles. Producing loan officers see their own book of business while support staff see the whole team’s.
  • More admin control. Account administrators can manually assign a plan to a user and remove another user’s admin role.
  • Focus on one loan officer. Team leads can filter contacts, campaigns, and loan applications down to an individual loan officer.

Fixed

  • The New Loan dialog now clearly reports errors and works on accounts that use free-entry loan numbers.
  • Refinance records with incomplete details no longer fail to save.

July 14–18, 2026

v0.1.29–v0.1.33

New

  • Compare cash-to-close scenarios. Build and compare several side-by-side cash-to-close scenarios for a borrower — adjusting the closing date and funds needed — then carry the chosen one straight into their application.
  • Your branding on borrower documents. Pre-approval letters, loan comparisons, and other borrower-facing documents now automatically carry your company letterhead and branding.
  • Work in your own time zone. Set your time zone so loan dates, reminders, and your daily briefing all appear in local time.

Improved

  • Plan around closings. Sort active loans by closing date and see upcoming closings overlaid on your calendar.
  • Know who owns each client. On teams, borrower names, contacts, and teammates are color-coded by their owning loan officer.
  • Cleaner referral-partner links. Realtor links you add are now shared across your whole account and shown in their own column, with junk placeholder names cleaned up.
  • Smoother comparison sharing. The share dialog now pre-fills the borrower’s details and reads clearly.

Fixed

  • Some borrower PDFs that occasionally failed to generate now generate reliably.
  • Security and reliability improvements across the platform.

July 8–13, 2026

v0.1.21–v0.1.28

New

  • Generate disclosures in the loan workspace. Produce compliant Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures — including cash-to-close, escrow details, and borrower receipt confirmation — right where you work the loan.
  • A built-in income calculator. Total qualifying income across employed, self-employed, rental, and other sources into a single figure, with document prefill and a clear show-the-work breakdown.
  • Full support-staff pipeline access. LO Assistants and Loan Processors can now fully manage the pipeline on your behalf, with enterprise seats assigned automatically by each member’s role.
  • Visual drip campaigns. Build multi-step drip email campaigns with a new step-by-step visual builder.

Improved

  • Cleaner client imports. Importing your client list from a spreadsheet now flags duplicate contacts before anything is added, keeping your database clean.
  • A smoother password reset. Resetting a forgotten password is now a faster, fully in-house experience.

July 1–5, 2026

v0.1.20

New

  • A redesigned Lead Pipeline. Capture new leads with a built-in mortgage estimator and co-borrowers, send borrowers an application to complete, and track everything in a new Applications tab.
  • A more complete online application. Borrowers can now enter their full employment history and liabilities, with every change saved automatically as they go.
  • Review borrower documents in place. Preview borrower-submitted documents inline and follow each application’s progress from start to finish.
  • Model your goals. The Production Goal Tracker adds a what-if simulator with pace projection and gap analysis so you can map different paths to your targets.
  • Refer in one step. Referral partners can set up their own profile and refer a buyer to you in a single step, instantly creating a lead and notifying you.
  • Talk to LoNav. Dictate notes and questions to the assistant by voice anywhere in the app.
  • One-tap borrower contact. Tap a borrower’s name to call, text, or email them right from your phone.

Improved

  • A cleaner Loan Comparison. A refreshed design with program-accurate payment math and one-click sharing to borrowers and referral partners.
  • Color-code your pipeline. Set your own borrower-name colors and spot approaching deadlines with automatic urgency highlighting.
  • Move any loan In-Transaction. Move a loan into the In-Transaction stage and enter its loan number on the spot — even for loans that didn’t start as an online application.

Fixed

  • Corrected payment figures across Loan Options, Loan Comparison, and HomePass so they reflect the financed loan amount, your entered mortgage-insurance costs, and accurate rate ranges.
  • Security and reliability improvements across the platform.

June 29–30, 2026

v0.1.13–v0.1.19

New

  • Loan Operations (beta) grows. The beta adds an underwriting workbench for recording decisions and risk notes, a configurable pricing engine, and a borrower-facing pricing page.
  • Custom pipeline columns. Add your own columns to the In-Transaction pipeline with a guided setup wizard.
  • Shop-a-Home affordability calculator. A new calculator helps borrowers see what they can afford, and referral partners can offer it to their buyers through HomePass.
  • Instant team invites. Enterprise admins can invite teammates by email and have them join instantly, with seats that grow automatically as the team adds members.
  • One-click loan delivery. Send a completed loan file to Encompass in a single click.

Improved

  • A faster In-Transaction pipeline. More compact and quicker, with color-coded deadline urgency, one-tap actions to fund a loan or move it back, and archived loans you can recover.
  • Clearer timeline markers. Loan-timeline markers are easier to read, and you can schedule communications and milestones to an exact 15-minute time.
  • Smoother refinance sharing. An easier bank-statement import and clearer home-value labeling.
  • Easier-to-read portals. The borrower and referral-partner portals have sharper text and color-coded cards that show every tool you’ve shared at once.
  • A clearer sign-up. A smoother sign-up sends a welcome email once you verify your email address and makes choosing your plan clearer.

Fixed

  • Inviting a borrower or referral partner to their portal for the first time now reliably sends a working link.

June 27–28, 2026

v0.1.5–v0.1.12

New

  • Personalized email signatures. Build a signature with your photo or logo that’s automatically added to every message you send, including scheduled and campaign emails.
  • Loan Operations (beta). Price loans from a shared rate sheet, lock rates, track conditions and stipulations, and manage every pending lock from one Lock Desk.
  • Richer digital business cards. Record an intro video right in your browser, share it as its own link, and edit a card once to apply the update across all of your cards.

Fixed

  • Adding a loan now works reliably from every entry point, with the loan’s stage pre-selected for you.
  • Behind-the-scenes security and reliability improvements keep the app dependable and prevent a single page error from disrupting your session.

June 22–25, 2026

v0.1.0–v0.1.1Initial release

The first public release of LoNav.

New

  • Borrower portal. Give clients a shareable, mobile-friendly portal where they explore Buy-vs-Rent and purchase analyses, view their personalized home-shopping ticket, and reach you directly — with you controlling exactly which tools each borrower sees.
  • Referral-partner portal. Your referral agents get their own branded portal with the same home-shopping tools your borrowers enjoy, keeping partners engaged throughout every deal.
  • A dashboard that tells you who to call. Your dashboard ranks exactly who to call next by value and urgency and adds a dedicated Calls page so no warm lead slips through the cracks.
  • AI Morning Briefing. The dashboard opens with an AI Morning Briefing, a rolling seven-day agenda of your key dates, and at-a-glance production cards for month-to-date units and year-to-date funded volume.
  • Lead Pipeline table. A table view of your Lead Pipeline lists every borrower with status, stage, quick-count stats, and inline actions, plus instant search.
  • Co-borrowers everywhere. Add a co-borrower’s name, email, and phone from every intake and pipeline form, with clear validation so their details are never lost on save.
  • Free trials and a starter plan. Free trials show clear time-remaining and trial-ended indicators plus a friendly reminder email, and a new Basic plan at $99/month gives solo loan officers an affordable way to get started.

Improved

  • Create from anywhere. A single “+ Add” menu in the header lets you create a borrower, referral partner, or loan from anywhere in the app, using one consistent form for each.
  • A steadier affordability wizard. The home-affordability wizard no longer jumps around while you type, remembers your recent entries, and reliably keeps every dollar amount you enter.
  • Faster refinances. Start a refinance with built-in borrower search and create, guided contact details, dollar-formatted inputs, and a fix so the payoff date always saves.
  • A cleaner In-Transaction view. Curated default columns, far less side-scrolling, and at-risk loans automatically flagged in red.
  • Safer deletes. Destructive deletes now ask you to type DELETE to confirm, protecting you from removing an application by accident.

Fixed

  • Resolved an intermittent issue where navigation links could stop responding until the page was refreshed.
